Unbelievably disappointed this year. No evidence that they did anything at all, left the water above the skimmers without so much as a phone call to tell us there was a problem. No real evidence of any chemicals being added, not that it matters once I backwash I'll pretty much have to start fresh. Response when I called - not out problem.
