When I needed guidance and, as best as one can have, peace of mind, Todd was able to answer my questions to the best of his ability based on his experience. He was kind but did not sugarcoat the realities of what could happen. He is very knowledgeable as he provided best case scenarios and how to prepare for less than desirable case scenarios.
