Attentiveness to my concern
I had a few basic questions that were addressed adequately. I sense David Canale knows his stuff and his approach was passive and thankfully did not try to steer me in any direction other than advice.

When I needed guidance and, as best as one can have, peace of mind, Todd was able to answer my questions to the best of his ability based on his experience.
