The Office Staff are very organized for starters. They are they face of Merrimack Smiles. You work through email to confirm appointments, a simple text message to remind you the day of, and if needed you can respond with a conflict, and contacted asap to reschedule. A phone call to them to cancel at the last minuet is accepted with genuine concern for your situation, and rescheduled at that moment or later in the day. I have had a very positive experience! So far everyone I have met has been wonderful and they take the time to answer any and all questions you may have, which is important to me. I have not had the best experiences in the past with other dentists and now have anxiety about going.... But I have a new outlook on going to dentist now! I've been with MMK Smiles for about 3 1/2 years, and they're fantastic. This time around I needed an existing filling removed/replaced (a problem that was discovered at my last cleaning a couple of weeks before). Dr. Morris did the work, and as always he was top-notch. Great guy, great results, no pain whatsoever.

I was very, very glad to have had Dr. Couret fill my cavities and repair a broken tooth. I prefer his work because he is always very polite and allows me to make decisions concerning my oral health instead of simply dictating. His work is always quick and excellent. I am very thankful to have had worked with him on improving my oral health!
As always, it was another great visit to Merrimack Smiles. This was my daughter's first time having a filling and she was quite nervous. Linda, Nancy and Dr. Morris went above and beyond to put her at ease and make her experience fun and comfortable. Even though it was the end of the day, they took the extra time to explain the entire process to her, showed her each instrument that would be used and what they did, and allowed her to ask questions.
