I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes before I'm out of the waiting area and sitting in a chair.
I've been a patient at Merrimack Smiles for 3 1/2 years, and whenever I visit it's a thoroughly positive experience. Dr. Couret and Dr. Morris are both very personable and clearly have my well-being at heart. They explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions, and then when they go to work on my teeth they switch into high-precision scientist-mode. I loved Tricia and meeting the dentists. They are all so warm and friendly. I couldn't stop laughing during my appointment.
Everyone is very friendly, nice and courteous. Have been going there for quite a number of years, even my kids started there and continue to see them. We all are very pleased .

The staff is always friendly, including the good humored Dentists, that make any dental work more relaxing.
It is always a pleasure coming in to see Mich and Trish. They, and the entire staff, are exceptionally professional, competent and caring. I cannot imagine seeing any other dental providers.
Dr. Couret and his staff are always ready to assist with my dental health. From cleaning, filings to getting implants, I have always received outstanding service - even on dental days off. If I didn't trust the service at Merrimack Smiles, I would of transferred away many years ago. I've been a patient since 1995. Paul
I always feel like a well cared for patient. All the hygenists, dental assistants, and even Mitch and Mark (Professional dentists with the best of friendly personal interactions) make me aware that my mouth is in good hands with the latest in technology and experience.
