Excellent website and services...very easy to understand the process
I needed a plate for a doorbell. I emailed them prior and explained in detail the measurements. I even asked them how to use their custom online system for I was having issues. I specified exactly what I wanted in great detail. In the email I specified a 1 inch circle. I received the plate and imagine my surprise when it came with a 2 inch circle. Apparently they use measurements that double so if I wanted a 1 inch circle I should of put .50 but not once was that explained to me. I basically paid 75.00 for a plate I can’t us... read more
