The metro credit union higher ups called me twice to apologize for the hassle i had been put thru. I appreciate everyone that reached out to me. Its shows that you care about what i gad gone thru and your trying to rectify things to make it better for us members

Great little credit union. Just wish there were more locations. I have moved out of Lawrence, but still keep them bc no fees and they pay back other bank's fees. Plus I can deposit checks via my phone! Gotta love technology!
Great credit union and have alot great loans and services for all your needs.
I used Metro CU for all of my banking. Not too many locations and have to always make a special trip into Lawrence or further to cash checks. etc. I do like that they are part of the SUM ATM network. No fees at SUM ATM's which is totally my style. What also is with every Metro branch's parking lot? They all are too small and a nightmare to get in and out of.
