This became my bank after a merger...pretty soon they will no longer be my bank. First I have issues with the online bill pay. They use your money for three days before they pay your bill. They give song and dance about it is driven by the vendor but they could use another vendor. The straw that broke the camels back was the refusal to allow me to DEPOIST not cash a double endorsed check. I was tryin to depost an insurance refund to my daughter but she owed me the money. If it is next door to you, go for it. As for me, I left Metro Credit Union. Not enough local branches near me so it was a huge drive just to make a simple deposit or any live transaction. I joined MCU because I wanted to use a local credit union over a bank but the tellers and staff weren't super polite and their rates seem to be about the same as the banks.
