Good evening! I would like to commend the folks at the Crystal City, VA 22202 location. I am always welcomed with excellent customer service. I am new to the app and the gentleman who helped me was patient and pleasant and walked me through the process. I appreciated how he stopped what he was doing to immediately greet me, was familiar with the menu, and changed into a new pair of gloves when handling my food. My online order (order ID #d67448ee) was missing the extra falafel on the kids bowl.
I ordered dinner from the Mezeh app and when I got home I realized I was not given the two breads that come with the rice bowls not the extra chicken I ordered and paid for. Please let me know how we can make this right. I ordered from the Crystal City location in Arlington, VA.
I hope the new serving bowls (smaller plastic containers) are not a permanent feature. The smaller portion size was very apparent and I feel like Mezeh's value proposition was seriously reduced. Please return to your old compostable containers and get rid of these miserly replacements if you don't want to see customer loyalty greatly diminished.
I order Mezeh frequently but was really disappointed this time around. Not only was my order not ready when I arrived (at least 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time), but when I got home and opened the order it was missing several items. Both bowls were missing several of the requested toppings and they were much smaller portions than usual. I ordered my bowl with roasted veggies but what I got was raw veggies. 3 little pieces of broccoli and two pieces of half rotten bell pepper. I got the chicken kebab because your menu clearly says it’s not spicy but what you sent me was too spicy to eat. My meal was extremely disappointing
I was in the mezeh on Friday July 16th, unfortunately both of our bowls were very cold.
I just picked up my order and the container I received included only 3 items (rice, chicken, and tomatoes) on my order. I have already left the store.
There were some mistakes in my most recent order through the Mezeh app. A few toppings were added we did not request on both meals and my cauliflower rice I paid extra for was not included.
