I ordered my food at 5:50 and it didn’t get to me until ~7:15. Also, my order was wrong for both bowls, and I paid for extra chicken and didn’t receive it.

I made an order from Mezeh Crystal city on January 24,2021 at 7:38 pm by the name of Ayush Dwivedi. I am a vegan and my both bowls were made from vegetarian options. But to my surprise when I received the order and opened up the bowl I saw pieces of meat in my bowl. I was very sad and hurt to see those chunks of meat in my bowl because I am a pure vegan and have never eaten meat in my entire life. We love Mezeh and have picked up many times since the pandemic. Today, my bowl order is missing the extra protein (chicken shawarma) and sunflower seeds.

I ordered this yesterday and today received what I thought would be the family pack, but it seemed to actually be a completely different order. It was hard to tell because there was no receipt/food listing with it but it was missing missing/had different items that made me think it might have instead been someone else's marketplace order
