Very easy to use Home use I've always had one they are the best
Easy to set up I was able to set this up on my own easily. Print quality is good. Printing via the cloud or mobile device is simple. I'm glad I bought this because it meets all my needs. The paper does get jammed easily when the tray is low so keep it full.

Simple and Uncomplicated but Works Great I purchased this printer because I was continuing to have problems with my HP randomly disconnecting and taking half a day to get back online. The Brother printer was an inexpensive alternative and to be honest, I didn't expect much because of the low price. Wow! Did I get fooled. Right out of the box it was so simple to set up. Fifteen minutes and it was ready to go. I have yet to have to reset it like my previous printer, and it does a great print job.

Inexpensive. Does the job OK. It's all about the price of ink! I buy low-end Brother printers because they work fine, and inexpensive 3rd party ink generally prints OK. Brother OEM ink is priced so high that one could spend $60/month just on ink. However Brother knows all this, and every 15 months or so they discontinue the existing line of low-end printers. Then they introduce their NEW line of lo-end printers.. all with NEW ink cartridges. So the price of compatible ink cartridges doubles for awhile before volume increases... read more
Great purchase Easy to setup and print. There have been a couple error messages, but trouble shooting is easy.
Great quality, fast scanning So far I’ve been very happy with this printer/scanner! It hooked up and set up with no issues (USB to my desktop, wireless turned on for everything else), and prints quickly. We had a previous Brother printer before this one and the size is very similar, same footprint but a little taller. No change in how it fits on the desk because of that.
