Is OK when it does not have a paper jam. The quality is good considering that I don't use it for much of anything but text. It is really slow at times. The biggest complaint is the paper jam. I don't know if it is the paper but the printer I had before it didn't have a problem with the same paper. And clearing them is a nightmare. It tells me it has a jam so I remove the paper from the printer and go to hit start to resume and it will not clear on the screen.
