It's working very smoothly so far, seems to be well designed and meeting our needs. So far, I like it more than I expected -- I normally hate printers. Why don't printer manufactures make a handful of models that they continue and eventually "get right." Why produce 50 different products -- none of which are reliable or inexpensive to operate? This is for my wife's office and it's meeting her needs well (a small amount of printing but including graphics that she wants decent quality from and she's getting it.) No jams or oth... read more
No faults I lost track of the number of HP all in one printers I wound up throwing away. This Brother is foolproof and never fails. Print, copy, scan, all are high quality and easy to use from my PC with the included software.
Easy to install/ works beautifully I needed another MFC/ I currently have a Brother MFC. I ordered an HP which was cheaper. Needless to say, I paid more for this MFC but it is so worth it. It is so well built and fast. I would recommend this to MFC. I have a small business and this more than handles the work load.
2 years still working fine I have the printer for two years and so far so good, not a single problem wrong with it so far. Still need to do the normal maintenance of head cleaning which is simple compared to other name brand printer.
Quality This printer is far ahead of any HP printers I've had over the past 20 years. It is so easy to set up, and operate, and is very flexible. Love the vast features and the fast printing. I highly recommend this printer over any similar type, Bar none.
Good unit until the ink runs out No problems with this device until the black ink ran out...getting it to SCAN was a huge challenge. Why do I need ink to scan? I don't.
