Ink that is included with the purchase of copier needs to be replaced rather quickly Prints fine. A little noisier than our old HP printer. But the price was right and replacement ink cartridges are reasonably priced. Did not use tech support....but had my husband not been around I surely would have needed it!! Directions weren’t that simple.
Good all around printer Great multi-function printer with inexpensive ink refills.
Easy to setup Touchscreen hard to read
Good printsr but network issues with NIC It is a good printer but the NIC card needs to be rezet now and to be seen by the pcs. I researched and found people had the same issue MACS and Windows
First Wireless Printer The print quality is good and it's relatively fast and quiet. I personally don't like setting up electronics because it's never as easy as it should be, and setting up this printer was no different. If you're a competent electronics person it's probably a snap, but I've got better things to do than try to figure out why it's not printing. I finally got the printer working but haven't tried to set up the fax. The instructions were mediocre but the final product appears to be a good one. Hope this helps.
Reliability It works fine so far
Great home office printer Good price on Amazon, Took about 6 days for delivery but that was not any problem. Easy set up- good print quality. Faster than my old HP and ink a lot cheaper. Scanner and copier work great also. Would purchase again. p
Very Satisfied I bought this printer for my 13 year old granddaughter. It was easy to set up and works well. Great home printer.
Sweet Printer!! This printer is amazing! I love that I can print from any wireless device from anywhere in my home. I will say I have a smaller house, so I am not sure how this would do if someone were trying to print something on a different level of a home. So far I have only used this to copy and print. I have not used the scanner or the fax abilities yet. The starter ink ribbon I bought last from mid-March to mid-July. I would buy this product again and recommend it to other consumers.
