So far so good.,,,,,,really liking this small printer I have a large Brother at the office - bought this smaller machine for home use and so far - so good - I just told my husband it's sooo much better than the old Epson we had - I haven't had to get mad at it one time so far! Good deal.
easy setup. Easiest setup I've seen for a printer. Have only done a little basic printing, so can't add more.
Great printer for home use Does the job very well for home use. Pleasant surprise as most printers of this price range have many issues. So far this has exceeded my expectations.
Great printer at a reasonable price, with inexpensive ink. It was easy to set up and took less than an hour to start printing. It has a large paper reservoir so I have yet to add more paper. The ink is reasonable and allows for only replacing the color the that is used up. The only thing I have noticed is the black is not as dark as it might be. But certainly it is adequate for most all printing.

wifi Easy to set up and connect to wi-fi. Print quality very good.
Overdesigned This printer came recommended by Consumer Reports for its reliability and quality. So far so good. But the design is so "compact" and "attractive" that Brother had to put the USB port INSIDE the case, underneath the scanner. The fax connection (which NO ONE USES in 2020) is on the outside and plainly visible.
Price point. I have always used Epson and they print well. however they made it so you can not use Aftermarket ink anymore. The new ink cost as much as the new printer cost me. I like the smaller size , the ink is less expensive, and better yet aftermarket ink works. The print quality will be fine for what I need it for. ( looks looks kind of faded ) otherwise its a great little printer !
Good Printer Works like my old Brother printer. Almost missed out on printing my Boarding Pass until I figured out that the WIFI button is actually the ON button. Curious labeling. Printer works well.
