I love this machine I print, scan and copy. It works great. Better than the Ricoh all-in-one I replaced. Easy setup. I set it up myself (didn't have to call our IT guy). I used it everyday for my daily tasks here at the office. We have 4 of these machines and everyone likes them.

Zero problems I have had it for two and a half years and it has pretty much been perfect for printing, scanning and copying. Do not use for fax. Small one person business. It is fast and has never jammed. Prints envelopes without having to feed through the back without any creases. Toner is pricey but lasts a long time. Twice had user error issues that I got fast helpful assistance with a phone call. Can't imagine I would buy anything but a Brother in the future.
Great for small offices I own 2 of these and I am very happy. Very reliable, user-friendly, and the ink lasts a while. It has a good scanning capacity and copying quality. Recommended for small office use 1-5 employees.
Great Features, Works Well Before buying this, I had one of those huge printer/scanners that took up a chunk of my home office. I wasn't sure that something this small could replace it. But, this printer and scanner works well. It can scan both sides of a sheet without having to go into and back out of the reader. That's nice. If you need to scan documents that are hundreds of pages long, this is not for you. Otherwise, a great printer and a good price.

Perfect match for my business +++++ As the owner of New Orleans Mobile Notary LLC I did some research into which printer made sense for my business, bang for the buck wise and this printer kept coming up. Easy to use and setup. Scanner works great as well. Definitely recommend this printer for any high volume paper oriented business.
