Dalton was very professional throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain things that I didn’t understand until I was comfortable. I received multiple calls throughout the week to see if I had any questions or concerns.
I don't know who Michael is... We dealt with Dalton. Dalton hasn’t been completely honest with us. Dalton was difficult to get in touch with for questions, he was very rude when questions were asked like we should’ve known the answer when things weren’t even explained. And even after we received our CD, We were told we'd be walking away from closing with money. Never received "final numbers" because according to him, these numbers just change daily.
