As I am not very converse with technology , I really appreciated Michaels efforts to get us past on-line issues like docu-sign. However, Joe Bulla apparently didn't grasp this issue, and kept repeatedly asking for docu-sign from us. Michael also was pretty good at returning our calls and calming our nerves about the next mortgage payment that came due. We're glad we had him in our corner!
