The "bait/switch" that was done for the loan to raise the interest rate at the last minute due to made up excuses like: 1) low appraisal value of house; 2) lower FICO score than what is actual posted on FICO web sites. This is unethical but most mortgage do this.

There were many stumbles along the way. We had an extensive conversation with Mike about things to do better. He apologized and agreed that there were things that could have been done differently and missed steps along the way. If Mike and the Omaha team want to be the best they need to mold their approach to the customer. Missing steps is never acceptable.
