Dr. Slimac and Natalie Coorlas (Nurse Practitioner) are the best. Great job of explaining what to expect before and after my surgery and putting a nervous patient like me at ease. I highly recommend them as well as Comp Ortho.

Dr. Slimack did my successful hip revision, and I'm so glad that he does the knee surgery that I need, too. He is a very skilled surgeon who cares about his patients as human beings.
After experiencing increasing knee pain for 10 years, I decided more needed to be done. After my first meeting with Dr. Slimack, I knew I was in great hands. He was very thorough in explaining a hip replacement surgery and provided relief for a knee issue as well. Had knee pain for over a month and previous care consisted of waiting 3 weeks for an MRI with no relief for pain provided. Was able to get an appointment with Dr. Slimack within a week and he came up with a treatment plan and provided pain relief without drugs. Will go to him with any future problems
Dr Slimack is very knowledgeable, highly skilled, and pleasant to deal with. The staff at Comprehensive Orthopedics are always caring and helpful. They have a system in place that makes it easy to get through. Everyone is up on the latest techniques and willing to answer questions. I’ve used Dr Slimack twice know to replace a knee. Would definitely recommend both Dr Slimack and Comprehensive Orthopedics.
