Dr. McGraw was exceptionally professional and personable throughout my visit. He was very knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing and took the time to thoroughly explain them in a way that was easy to understand. In addition to addressing my primary concerns, he offered valuable additional advice that went beyond the immediate problem, which I truly appreciated. His approach made me feel heard, informed, and confident in the care I received.
I met Dr. McGraw over 2 yrs ago in Greenville NC. He gave me his professional opinion as to what was going on with my knee and what would happen as time goes by. I wasn’t ready at the time and didn’t think it was as bad off for me to have surgery. He let me know what was going to happen with my knee if I continued to put off addressing the problem. Dr. McGraw knew immediately what my health (medical) was pertaining to. Dr. McGraw displays excellent bedroom manners. Also, he is caring, dependent, loyal, and reliable.
I loved Dr. McGraw! He knew immediately what my issue was and how to give me some relief. He was also very funny. Smart and funny...bonus points! I also got an appointment the very next day. He gets all the stars! So does the rest of the staff...the receptionist, nurse, and x-ray tech all went out of their way to be kind and welcoming.
Dr McGraw in personable, runs on time, sensitive to pain at injection appointments, willing to refer to PT if you feel you need it.
Was referred to Dr. McGraw from a partner, after an MRI was ordered. I had done 8 months of conservative treatments and remained with chronic pain. Dr. Was congenial, professional. He reviewed my MRI, listen to my concerns, examined me and agreed with a procedure. Before I left the office I was scheduled for pre op, surgery and first PT eval. Closest to my home town. Great, professional service!
