Was called to see surgeon shortly after arriving; very thorough in his exam and questions; he and staff seem to have great communication; doesn’t make me feel he’s rushing to move to another patient. I appreciate the staff from front desk through to checking out and scheduling return visit. Professional atmosphere softened by attentive kindness.
Dr McGraw is top shelf in his profession AND his bedside-office manner is unmatched! If you are ever in need of an Orthopedic dr, he’s the best you’ll find, especially if you live in Eastern NC!

He was easy to talk to He took exrays and took timatane to explain to me what was found in a way I could understand He was easy to talk to and didn't rush to end the appointment until I fully understood for once it was a pleasant experience
I am well pleased with Dr. M. He has performed two surgeries on my father and he is an excellent surgeon. My parents love him he is very detailed and answers all questions and down to earth. We are very grateful to have him as a surgeon . He gets 10 stars . (excellent)
he put a ligament in and aligned my knee and he did a fabulous job. i love him so much and he does great work on me everytime.
Very friendly and upfront about expectations. Injections are barely felt. Awaiting surgery soon and feel very confident in his abilities!

My surgery went very will and I am a week into recovery at this time. Dr. McGraw and his team have been very attentive and supportive throughout my surgery. After the surgery, Dr. McGraw visited me three times checking on my welfare. I have received calls consistently since my surgery from staff at ECU Healthcare checking in on my progress.
