The doc explained patiently what my options were, and he seems confident and competent. Haven’t scheduled the surgery yet as he gave me a cortisone shot to tide me over while we consider the financial and aftercare implications.
Dr Ransone is exemplary. His bedside manner and professionalism is the best. His team is awesome as a well oiled machine every step of the journey throughout. Called for appointment on Monday, scheduled for that Friday. Symptoms with 3 body parts that could each cause the problems with the other two. Ordered x-rays, showed me the x-rays and explained in easy to understand language that while he could treat the hip he felt the real cause for the pain was from the lower back and scheduled me for the following week with one of the back specialists. Dr. RANSOME take great pride in his work and has great bedside and office manner. Open communication and answers any question no matter how silly it might be.
He took time to explain the surgery in detail and what I would expect after surgery. He listened and answered all my questions.
Very short wait to be seen. Nurse was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Ransone reviewed my MRI and explained what was wrong and gave me recommendations for treatment that worked with my lifestyle and schedule. He also gave me the name of a surgeon who specializes in the surgery I may need in the future. I was very impressed with both Dr. Ransone and the EmergeOrtho staff. I highly recommend Dr Ransone.
