Dr. RANSOME take great pride in his work and has great bedside and office manner. Open communication and answers any question no matter how silly it might be.
He took time to explain the surgery in detail and what I would expect after surgery. He listened and answered all my questions.
Very short wait to be seen. Nurse was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Ransone reviewed my MRI and explained what was wrong and gave me recommendations for treatment that worked with my lifestyle and schedule. He also gave me the name of a surgeon who specializes in the surgery I may need in the future. I was very impressed with both Dr. Ransone and the EmergeOrtho staff. I highly recommend Dr Ransone.
