As a "first time buyer" (never having done this without my husband at my side) I felt it was assumed I knew more than I did about the process. There were always numbers on the forms I was asked to sign that didn't belong there. I was told "just sign and they will disappear on the final forms"!!! Had to remind them more than once that I didn't want taxes, etc in impound and didn't want to pay points for lower interest rate. I have to say Michael was always very patient with my questions.
