Michael is a great guide for traversing the VA loan process. He is the go to guy for VA loans in this part of California. There are a lot of moving parts to the VA loan process and Michael can easily explain each step. Since the housing crisis and bank blow out over bad loans the paper work has exploded. We had a 104 pages of documents to review and sign. Some several times. VA monthly payments will include pro rata tax and home insurance payment. Michael makes the whole process a lot easier.
