The Quinn Team did an excellent job of managing our transaction, and making the process of buying a home as easy as possible. We were faced with a 25-day escrow on the sale of our primary residence, and a concurrent escrow/closing date on both that sale and our purchase. Mike & his team are the best! I’ve lived in several states buying homes & property in these states. I purchased & sold several homes. These people are amazing. Nothing beats them. They do what ever they can to make the loan process easy & even fun. Yes Fun! The loan process can be very stressful. Especially a VA loan. The VA asks for information even days before closing.
