The loan team at Quinn is absolutely the best! I started with another lender when buying my home in the mountains that was not meeting my needs, and was referred to Mike and his team by the seller’s realtor when desperately trying to close the sale. The Quinn Team did an excellent job of managing our transaction, and making the process of buying a home as easy as possible. We were faced with a 25-day escrow on the sale of our primary residence, and a concurrent escrow/closing date on both that sale and our purchase. Mike & his team are the best! I’ve lived in several states buying homes & property in these states. I purchased & sold several homes. These people are amazing. Nothing beats them. They do what ever they can to make the loan process easy & even fun. Yes Fun! The loan process can be very stressful. Especially a VA loan. The VA asks for information even days before closing.
