Overall, I was new to the process and was happy to have someone explaining a lot of new concepts and systems to me on the financial side of buying a property. There was some confusion at the very end concerning gift funds, where I thought they simply had to be transferred and present in my account- when in reality they needed to be sent directly by the giftee to escrow.
