As a first time homebuyer, there was a lot I didn?? know about the process, and I was left feeling uncertain. Several times I had questions, but they were not met with direct answers, or I was rushed off the phone. In the end, I was able to purchase the home I wanted, so it was effective, albeit uncomfortable. I would not recommend Mike to a first time homebuyer, but to his credit, if I were purchasing a second or third property, and knew the process, I would probably have a different opinion.
