This was our first time buying a home. We expected our lender to be patient and take the time to answer our questions, walk us through what was going on and make us feel secure in the process. Mike was extremely unprofessional and took timeline issues that were out of our control out on us. I have clients of my own, and would never treat my clients the way Mike treated us. He was extremely condescending and made the experience one I never want to do again.

Working with Mike was pretty frantic. We didn't feel like he was the most organized and the communication between him was something left to be desired. If we had questions he'd continuously talk over us, needing to attempt to ask it a few times before he really listened. Overall, while he did get us the rate we wanted, had we been completely new to the process we would've been fairly lost and his communication was incredibly frustrating.

To have been given timely and reliable information in regards to the status of our loan approval. Twice we were told we were "clear to close" only to find out the following day we were not, including the day of closing, nearly causing us to fail to close. Unacceptable.

The process felt like it took a bit longer than it should have and there were some surprises relative to what was indicated at the beginning. However, it was clear that Mike tried to straighten things out when he could.
