Lack of means of being able to communicate made the process a lot harder then it needed to be.
My situation was a bit unique and took some time but Mike kept me in the loop and was always available for any questions that came up. Rebecca was very attentive and responsive with the processing and items I needed to get to her. Overall a great experience.

My LO (Mike Rhodes) was always very responsive to all my questions and requests. I was super happy with my experience.
The level of communication was amazing. Mike even helped us lower our home insurance and get with a company that was more communicative than the one we had. In fact our insurance company was the only thing that caused a problem in the whole experience and now they are GONE!
Made the home buyer experience very easy and less stressful
Michael made the mortgage process so easy and non stressful . Was always quick to reply to the questions that we had and was always pleasant to talk too.
