The communication was lacking. We had to reach out a couple of times to see where we were in the process and I feel that shouldn't be on the customer to do. Also, when we were told we would need to pay for an extension if we were not able to sign by a certain time we were not pleased. The extension would not have occurred because of anything we did/didn't do. This was on the signing company.
