There were some timing constraints on our mortgage loan and Michael Ross and the crew at Mutual of Omaha were helpful in making it a pretty smooth process. My biggest complaint is using the online website it could be difficult figuring out what my tasks to be completed were.

Every time I had a question Michael was there to answer it and help. He was there at almost all hours and worked with me around my work schedule. He walked us through everything we needed and gave awesome advice.
