I am first time home buyer. The treatment I received was amazing . I applied for my loan was approved within 24 hours. Ever question I had was answered literally they answered the phone every time I called. I needed my close pushed up due to the holiday. They were able to get it done within 30 minute’s. My realtor and title company even asked how did I meet Michael Ruhland and Sam. Because they have never worked with a lender that was so responsive and professional 10/10
