I am first time home buyer. The treatment I received was amazing . I applied for my loan was approved within 24 hours. Ever question I had was answered literally they answered the phone every time I called. I needed my close pushed up due to the holiday. They were able to get it done within 30 minute’s. I can say commercial real estate broker and investor, Michael not only knows his business extremely well, he and his team know how to keep an often brutal process smooth. Having done many commercial deals through out my career and many with Michael, our recent home purchase is an area I'd rather not have to be a part of. My assistant and Michaels assistant were able to smoothly work together to gather all the info. In the end it was Micheals long term relationships with his bank relationships that got our deal closed.
