I can say commercial real estate broker and investor, Michael not only knows his business extremely well, he and his team know how to keep an often brutal process smooth. Having done many commercial deals through out my career and many with Michael, our recent home purchase is an area I'd rather not have to be a part of. My assistant and Michaels assistant were able to smoothly work together to gather all the info. In the end it was Micheals long term relationships with his bank relationships that got our deal closed.

Communicating part of it was not good to my expectation. Max loan qualification to me personally among other requirements was not communicated, alot of time was wasted during the process all through because of lack of understanding of the all process. The happy part is that you finally made it happen regardless.
