Mutual of Omaha, specifically Michael Stinson, left an extreme bad impression. From not being honest about the time frame of an equity loan, longer than 30 days to fund, to laziness in confirming a payoff amount. I had a loan with GreenSky that they wanted to payoff as a condition to my new loan. The never confirmed the amount even though I told them they had the wrong amount.
