My experience matched everything Mr. & Mrs. Wright promised, and it was all done promptly. I had an arrangement with Loan Depot when I came across an advertisement claiming lower costs and more savings due to reduced overhead, and a guarantee to beat the competition's price. I was all in, and they delivered while keeping me informed all along the way. Great job, I plan to return for future work and would recommend you to anyone in need.

I was very impressed with the process because I wasn't "hounded" by EPM. They did the work rather than me as I've experienced with some lenders. Their customer service was pleasant as well. The process went smoothly and we are very satisfied and happy doing business with EPM and the Wrights. We will return to EPM.
