This was something that I have tried to do for over 12 months and was unsuccessful in doing so. Several others, including my current mortgage company told me they could get this done, but each time, something got in the way. When I spoke to Wright Mortgage, they told me, they were different and could what I needed. Naturally, I was hesitate. They did what they said they would do. I highly recommend them, they are great to work with.

I was very impressed with the process because I wasn't "hounded" by EPM. They did the work rather than me as I've experienced with some lenders. Their customer service was pleasant as well. The process went smoothly and we are very satisfied and happy doing business with EPM and the Wrights. We will return to EPM.
