Our builder dropped the ball on updating the closing date after the sale of our existing home. The Diversified team worked tirelessly to get all the documents submitted and the funding in place on an expedited schedule to make the sale happen. This is our 4th purchase through Diversified and once again we are happy that we continued to rely on their expertise and dedication. If you're buying a new home through a builder and they recommend their lender, you owe it to yourself to decline and go with the Diversified team.
Michelle and her team were all helpful at explaining the loan documents and getting us the best interest rate. Everything was done on time even with the minor complications that came with Covid-19.
