As first time home buyers, my husband and I were really nervous about getting a mortgage and had a Lot of questions. We have now worked with Michelle 3 times. We found her when we purchased our first home in 2011 and then again when we purchased our 2nd home in 2016 and now most recently in 2020 we decided to refinance to save money. We have had zero issues working with Michelle she is wonderful and extremely helpful! We have recommended family’s to her in the past and will most definitely do it again if we have the opportunity.

The Boise mortgage market is extremely active, and I really struggled finding anyone that would even return my phone calls for my first investment property. Michelle not only worked with me, she was extremely professional, responsive, and fun. While her staff was also very good to work with, most of my engagements were with her directly. Not only did she answer the phone when I called, I frequently called well after what I should expect normal work hours to be. I feel she offered competitive pricing.

Michelle and her team treat you as an individual not a profit center. She looks after you as if your needs were the most important and only true needs to consider. Molly Timian is an awesome part of her staff. My refinance could have happened last year. Or much earlier during the first days of the year, if only making a profit for their company was the most important. Molly had us wait because it wasn't best for us until right now.
