She wasn’t too much but she was there and communicative. I really liked the text availability also.
The staff was easy to work with. It was nice to meet Michelle at the closing to put a name with a face.

We had a very difficult task to defeat and Michelle was very supportive and helpful
Michelle is very knowledgeable when it comes to lending. She is very patience when obstacles arise during a transaction and is able to work through them! She is great at communicating where the transaction is in the process and will do whatever she can to get the deal to the closing table!
