The responsiveness, the knowledge to point is in the right direction. We built a new home and I felt so safe letting Michelle and Pam take the wheel on the financial/paperwork end. They were great at reminding me to E sign my documents and were always willing to answer any of my questions. I will continue to use VIP for any future real-estate purchases! Thank you guys!
