They came out the day I called and installed "bird doors". I inquired if they would nail a replacement board when they came back to remove the bird doors, they would. There was a cost for them to install which I felt was fair. Unfortunately it was installed with 8 huge nails, which was not as aesthetically pleasing, on the newly painted board. They did a great job ridding my home of birds which is what I hired them to do. I would use them again. I'm satisfied with their work
Very responsive to all our calls . When animals are in their traps they come and take them away in a very short period of time . All their employees are professional and very kind .Hoping they can completely solve our skunk problem !!! They sure are trying !!!!

The responsiveness of the company (to directed emails) was very good, and they were quick to both come out for an assessment and for the final remediation. They did not receive my original request through Home Advisor. The one services issue that I had was on the expectation for payment of the balance. I was told it would be Net 30 days, but received an email on the day of the second half of the remediation asking for immediate payment as well as a text that misidentified what my initial payment had been for. Miles Tarasoff came out and was EXTREMELY thorough!! He gave a free inspection - after we already paid for a service by someone who was not as thorough. We took his business card and hands down he will be the FIRST person we call for any future needs. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond!!
