This is to update my previous remarks, Both Eric and Cody were out to complete this job. They were excellent, very friendly, courteous and new what they were doing. I would now highly recommend Michigan Bat control. All our problems have been resolved.
Tech arrive on time, gave a complete review of the remediation needs and expected cost. Company had to reschedule remediation appointment follow up due to a broken ladder. Final experience is very positive.
Great work, got rid of mice that I had in attic, sealed the house and have not had a problems since!

Fast response and work was completed with out a problem. I contacted them on a Wednesday, Eric came out on that Friday and the work was completed on the following Monday. Communication was clear and all documents (invoice, estimate proposal, receipts) were sent directly to email in a timely manner. Very convenient.
Professional and very responsive to calls and emails. Eric was very informative and courteous and willing to do what you ask. I would hire Eric again. All the estimates from a few companies were about the same for bat removal; just thought all were a bit steep.
