This is a great company. Scheduling service for my water system was easy. David, the technician, was on time to the appointment and I feel the service was great. David was polite and finished the service expertly. He identified an unrelated electronics problem in my system, and even though the new parts are back ordered, he was able to fix it with a used part, and for no charge. I have relied on Mid Atlantic Water Service for more than ten years now, and am looking forward to the next ten.
I had to reschedule twice due to Covid. They were very understanding and patient, and got me an appointment in a very timely manner every time. Communication was very good. The technician, Tim, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I have used several water companies the last few years trying to get estimates, information, and regular service for a well water system, and this is the best experience we have had. We will definitely be using Mid-Atlantic again.
