My hot water heater broke and Edgar, long-time technician with Mid-Atlantic, diagnosed the problem as a bad heater coil and broken shutoff valve. He fixed both quickly and efficiently. Edgar was professional, courteous and quick to keep me fully informed of the problem and solution.
