Everyone i spoke with was kind but I had to do most of the reaching out. I provided social security administration all my records myself, I completed all the paperwork and applications myself. I honest have know idea what you did because I could barely get a return call, but they got their money so end of story.
You all did amazing with my case.

Other than the lack of communication, difficulties with contacting the right party and problems getting call backs in a timely manner, when i did speak to one of the many different handlers assigned to dealing with me and my case, they appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. Although I have not been contacted by this office since the resolution of my case. Only contact has been with SS directly.
They kept me informed, took care of the hard parts and we won.
