Other than the lack of communication, difficulties with contacting the right party and problems getting call backs in a timely manner, when i did speak to one of the many different handlers assigned to dealing with me and my case, they appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful. Although I have not been contacted by this office since the resolution of my case. Only contact has been with SS directly.
They kept me informed, took care of the hard parts and we won.
