Midwest Disability did a wonderful job with my application for disability! I answered a questionnaire on Facebook on a whim and this firm called me. I answered questions for the application and signed a couple of documents electronically, then sign some documents they sent me and mailed them back. That's pretty much all I had to do until the hearing. Everything was conducted over the phone and I was well-represented. The judge found in my favor!
