Excellent staff who was very helpful and listened to all my questions and concerns. The entire process can be quite overwhelming and sometimes, I didn't do well keeping up with papers they mailed me. They would remail me the papers and I immediately got them back in the mail after I signed. I was very pleased with my attorney who represented me at my hearing. We fully won the appeal.

I feel there were some issues that should have been addressed communications (call backs) especially when I ask to speak directly with my lawyer to address issues I had, other than that it was good
