Well Midwest stayed in contact and kept me informed as to the status and was able to get back with an answer to my questions asap. I filled out my paperwork as soon as I received it and got it back to the law office asap. I scheduled a meeting in mid April and was contacted just as planned and the meeting was quick and easy. By late July I was contacted by the Social Security Administration and told I had been approved to receive the disability benefits. As of today August 7th. I am waiting fo
